We were stranded and desperate in the Bountiful area and called them. Todd answered and was incredibly reassuring. He saw us that day (despite clearly being busy), and made sure we got back on the road. This was incredible service that you rarely see today. Have a 2015 rogue that was rear ended. Insurance would not cover mechanical only body. However AAMCO did a great job of helping me get this car back up and going. Thanks for all the support.
In December, I walked in after a horrible experience at another location in hope of help. Toshia, was behind the counter and listened to me. She then gave me the phone number of one the owners. They arranged to look at it. I brought it there, and it broke again. I was extremely hesitant to leave it after my previous experience, and this wasn't starting so hot wither. Toshia listened to me vent, Todd grabbed the bull by the horns, got a hold of corporate and got authorization to make it right. It took awhile, because I own a 1981 Jeep CJ5, and parts sourcing and fixing what wasn't fixed the first time took time. He was always honest, and did a good job of communicating. I got it back and now have what I originally paid for Thank you to Todd and his staff!
Had a great experience working with Todd at AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care. Had issues with our Dodge Charger fuel pump and they were able to do a full diagnostic test and kept us informed of the situation able to take care of it same day and our car back to us the next day. Highly recommend his services great customer service very friendly and helpful good business.
